We're looking for talented Help Desk Operators  to join our team in Clinton, TN metro area. This position will support a complex government client and will require Tier I technical support to end users by diagnosing issues and guiding them through step-by-step solutions. Must be able to support a 24/7/365 service desk. 

Work Location:
Onsite – Work from one of our office locations.

Clearance:
Must be US citizen with the ability to obtain a TSA Public Trust / EOD security clearance.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment, software, hardware, and network malfunctions, following established operating procedures.

  • Capable of diagnosing, resolving, or escalating technical issues as needed in accordance with support guidelines.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating technical solutions clearly, managing issues with empathy and professionalism, and maintaining a positive, solution-focused approach.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in a technical support or customer service role.

Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Prior call center experience.

  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure and hardware components.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
