Job Description

1. Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the villa, ensuring a clean indoor and outdoor environment.
2. Manage the daily affairs of the villa, such as room decoration, daily cleaning, furniture maintenance, water and electricity maintenance, etc.
3. Perform horticultural pruning, vegetable cultivation, and farming skills.
4. Manage and coordinate owner affairs, arrange and complete various tasks reasonably and efficiently.
5. Handle daily complaints from property owners and conduct follow-up visits.
