  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging studies.
  • Collaborate with subspecialists and allied healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Utilize EMR systems for accurate, real-time patient charting and documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, case conferences, and peer reviews.
  • May supervise residents or advanced practice providers (depending on the setting).

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
  • Active and unrestricted state medical license (or ability to obtain).
  • Minimum of 2 5 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates with strong residency training are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a holistic, patient-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR/EMR), patient portals, and modern care coordination tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills and Traits:

  • Experience in a value-based care setting or ACO (Accountable Care Organization) is a plus.
  • Multilingual proficiency is advantageous, particularly in diverse patient communities.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in healthcare delivery.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary with productivity and performance bonuses.
  • Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, malpractice insurance, and CME allowance.
  • Retirement plan with employer contributions.
  • Flexible scheduling and work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for advancement into leadership, teaching, or research roles.
  • Supportive administrative and clinical infrastructure.
