Texas AirZone is seeking a HVAC Lead Generator to join our team! This position will be working inside of Home Depot locations in Plano.

You’ll help customers understand the value of a tune-up, a smart repair, or replacing an outdated system— and you’ll be rewarded for it.

Your Role Includes:

• Starting conversations with customers in a respectful and engaging way
• Explaining the benefits of our HVAC services (tune-ups, repairs, and full installs)
• Scheduling appointments for our expert comfort consultants
• Bringing the Texas AirZone reputation to life—one customer at a time

• Organized and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Sales, retail, or customer service background is helpful—but we’ll train the right person

Texas AirZone was started in 1997 by Gary Schroeder. In 2000, Chris Roebuck joined Texas AirZone.
