Industrial Painter
Pay: $23–$26 per hour + $2 shift differential
Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Position Overview
We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Painter for a top manufacturing client in Catoosa, OK. This role involves painting and prepping industrial components, including small and large parts, touch-up work, and preparing finished coolers for shipment. The Industrial Painter will ensure all paint is applied according to specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints for painting requirements.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on paint pumps.
- Mix multi-part paints and apply coatings based on paint specification sheets.
- Prep and finish parts/components, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Maintain and clean the mix room and record paint usage.
- Apply paint, correct paint defects, and ensure the final product meets customer standards.
- Safely operate manlifts and cranes .
- Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 6 months – 1 year of industrial or manufacturing painting experience (Heat Exchangers industry preferred).
- Knowledge of industrial paint practices and applications .
- Ability to obtain certification to operate cranes and manlifts.
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Must follow all PPE, JSA, and safety protocols .
