Inside Sales Representative (Kitchen & Bath Remodel)

Before we were Contractor Source – we served the construction industry for over 35 years, supplying and installing cabinets countertops and flooring for home builders. Today, we have been in the remodel business for years and providing our customers excellent service in the kitchen and bath remodels process.

Job Summary:

This is a construction/remodel position. Your primary responsibility is to deliver in full, on time and accurate completion of all jobs assigned to you. You are responsible for communicating with potential customers, cultivating relationships, ensuring accuracy when setting up projects, and maintaining an efficient project timeline.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Ensure all assigned jobs are completed on time and in full to over 98% compliance.

• Understand and know all scopes of work as it relates to each customer
• Supply preconstruction team with all materials, specs, and details needed
• Create customer presentations, organize meetings, and present to prospective clients
• Track sales cycle through CRM
• Develop understanding and knowledge of all company products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to nurture long term business relationships
• Maintain sales goals and objectives as set by leadership
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college in relevant field experience

preferred.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in lieu of formal education.

Skillset:

• 2020 design live or like software
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and Excel
• Oracle, NetSuite, CRM software
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and problem solving
• Communication skills
