About the Role:
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for planning unforgettable travel experiences? We're looking for an Itinerary Planner to design, customize, and manage travel itineraries for leisure and business clients. You'll collaborate with clients to curate personalized travel plans that align with their preferences, budget, and travel goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budget
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and transportation options
Build comprehensive, well-organized itineraries, including activities, dining, and tours
Manage bookings, confirmations, and travel documents
Monitor travel trends, deals, and updates to offer valuable insights
Provide ongoing support before, during, and after the trip to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records using travel management software
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use booking platforms and CRM systems
Passion for travel and knowledge of destinations worldwide
Prior experience in travel planning or customer service is a plus, but not required
