We're thrilled to announce that we are searching for a talented and highly organized Business Analyst with exceptional communication skills to become a part of our Cloud Operations team. We'd greatly appreciate your assistance in identifying and shortlisting potential candidates.

Cloud Operations plays a vital role, focusing on managing, monitoring, and optimizing cloud environments to enhance performance, security, and cost-efficiency. The team undertakes a variety of responsibilities, including resource allocation, security oversight, performance monitoring, cost optimization, and reporting.

We're seeking candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience .

Our team operates on a hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of three in-person days per week, though this schedule may be adjusted based on the evolving needs of the team.

Role & Responsibilities:

Managing Meetings with SME CloudOps Clients

  • Overseeing account management and coordinating project activities.
  • Preparing detailed meeting agendas and sharing comprehensive notes post-discussions.
  • Ensuring follow-up on open items and prioritizing tasks with the CloudOps development team.

Participating in Agile/Scrum Ceremonies

  • Leading sprint planning sessions and facilitating daily standup meetings.

Maintaining and Analyzing Key Trackers

  • Tracking monthly AWS cloud assets.
  • Monitoring time logs for onshore and offshore teams monthly.
  • Preparing and evaluating monthly service-level performance reports.
  • Generating billing reports for monthly chargebacks to business units.
  • Compiling vulnerability reports to address software-related risks.
  • Conducting quarterly AWS cloud capacity planning exercises.

Facilitating Global Collaboration

  • Organizing strategically timed early-morning meetings to enable seamless global teamwork.

Technical Skills (desirable):

  • Intermediate Excel skills, such as utilizing VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH functions, PivotTables, and Pivot Charts for data analysis, as well as applying data validation and conditional formatting to ensure data accuracy.
  • Fundamental SQL skills, including query writing, filtering, and sorting.
  • Expertise in creating Power BI dashboards, including connecting to data sources, transforming, and modeling data, and designing visualizations.
