Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Research, design, and develop computer and network software, including specialized utility programs.
• Design, develop, and maintain product features throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business needs;
• Develop and execute automated test suites using tools like JUnit and perform manual testing to ensure software reliability;
• Leverage expertise in the Child Welfare System product to support design, development, and ongoing product maintenance;
• Design, configure, and execute batch jobs, utilizing TWS to manage and schedule processing tasks efficiently;
• Conduct R&D on software solutions, creating specialized utilities and network software tailored to business requirements;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, using SDLC methodologies and Agile/Scrum frameworks;
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production defects, ensuring timely fixes to avoid system disruptions;
• Address and fix security vulnerabilities through code modifications, maintaining the system’s integrity and security;
• Provide 24/7 on-call support to ensure continuous application uptime and swiftly address critical issues;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate APIs, optimize databases, and implement SSO integrations for seamless user experience.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, or related field
• two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer-related occupation
• two (2) years of experience in React
• two (2) years of experience in Child Welfare System
• two (2) years of experience in TWS
• two (2) years of experience in Azure Cloud
• two (2) years of experience in Git
• two (2) years of experience in Oracle Database
• two (2) years of experience in Kubernetes
• two (2) years of experience in JBoss Server
• two (2) years of experience in Docker
• two (2) years of experience in OpenShift
• two (2) years of experience in Design Activities (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling)
• two (2) years of experience in Junit
