Job Description
- Assist the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and supervision of staff
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to hotel standards
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand requirements
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Monitor food stock and assist in inventory management
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen (HACCP compliance)
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations during peak hours
