Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow protocol to test prototype samples
- Set up test equipment
- Conduct measurements and document test results
- Help determine cause of failures
- Take notes on observations
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Work overtime as required to meet business needs
- Perform other duties as required
Experience Required
- Lab or technical experience in a regulated environment
- Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures and protocols
- Experience in documenting results and observations
Skills & Certifications
- Able to set up test equipment and execute test protocols
- Ability to demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, analyzing charts, following diagrams, performing basic arithmetic)
- Proficiency in MS Excel is desired
Eligibilities & qualifications
- Must meet at least one of the following:
- High school degree with at least 4 years of technical/lab experience
- AS degree in a scientific discipline with 1 year laboratory experience
- BS degree in a scientific/technical field
