The Offer

• Legal Content Writer – Remote with Occasional Meetings in Tuscany
• Location: Remote (Preferably based in Italy)
• Type: Freelance or Contract-Based (Open to both VAT-registered and non-registered professionals)

The Job

• Research, write, and edit high-quality legal content for websites, LinkedIn posts, blog articles, press releases, and off-site campaigns.

• Primarily write in American English (with occasional adaptation for British English).

• Ensure clarity and accuracy in legal and real estate topics, making them accessible to a broad audience.

• Proofread and refine content to pursue high editorial standards.

• Collaborate with the team remotely, with occasional in-person meetings in Tuscany.

• If comfortable, contribute to audio content (voiceovers, podcasts…).

The Profile

• Educational background in law, journalism, or communication (a master’s degree is a plus).
• Experience in legal or real estate content writing is highly desirable.
• Strong grasp of Italian culture, legal processes, and the differences between Italian, UK, and US legal frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into engaging, user-friendly content.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
• Experience in voice recording or podcast narration is a bonus.

The Employer

Our client is seeking a Legal Content Writer who is either a native English speaker from an anglophone country (U.S., U.K., etc.) or has significant professional experience working in an English-speaking country.
