A skilled nursing facility in Montour Falls, NY is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel assignment. This part-time evening shift position offers a consistent weekly schedule with a focus on providing exceptional long-term care to residents in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:Deliver nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Assist with activities of daily living and coordinate care with the healthcare team
Uphold infection control protocols and facility safety standards
Active LPN license (New York) in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work every other weekend and holidays as scheduled
Evening shifts
3 shifts per week
8 hours per shift (24 hours total weekly)
