Job Description
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to determine their needs and goals
- Create and implement individualized coaching plans based on client's goals and objectives
- Provide ongoing support and accountability to clients through coaching sessions and follow-up communication
- Use various coaching techniques and tools to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their desired outcomes
- Monitor and track client progress, and make necessary adjustments to coaching plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
- Stay up-to-date with the latest coaching methodologies and techniques
- Collaborate with other coaches and team members to support clients' overall well-being and success
- Uphold the integrity and values of Lakepoint Wichita in all interactions with clients and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Certified Life Coach with a minimum of 3 years of coaching experience
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in goal setting, action planning, and follow-up support
- Understanding of different coaching techniques and ability to apply them effectively
- Strong knowledge of personal growth and development principles
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about helping others reach their full potential
