Key Objectives
- Deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers via live chat.
- Assist with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat platforms.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and guidance tailored to customer needs.
- Manage order-related questions, including status updates, modifications, and cancellations.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Document conversations accurately and maintain customer records.
- Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes and product offerings.
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor in all communications.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or live chat support, preferably in Food & Beverages or retail.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems is preferred.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts as needed.
