As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to customers through our online chat platform. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems
