Design and develop custom entities, plugins, workflows, and business rules within Dynamics 365 CRM.
Implement customizations using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, PowerApps, and Power Automate .
Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems and APIs using REST/SOAP services or Azure tools.
Develop custom reports and dashboards using SSRS, Power BI, or FetchXML.
Configure and manage security roles, user permissions, and field-level security .
Customize forms, views, and UI elements to meet business needs.
Participate in data migration and integration activities using KingswaySoft or SSIS.
Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and create technical design documentation.
Perform unit testing, deployment, and support across environments (Dev/Test/Prod).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
