**MUST- HAVES**
* Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3 years of professional experience in a multimedia production environment
* Strong visual communication skills with ability to communicate complex concepts through images
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, Photoshop)
* Proficiency with Canva and other design platforms
* Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
* Technical proficiency with troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
* Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
* Ability to work US hours consistently
* Professional home office setup meeting technical requirements
**Working Hours:** Philippines Graveyard Shift (8hrs/day, Monday-Friday US Timezones)
**Compensation:**
* Starting Rate: $3/hour USD (higher rates for advanced skillsets)
* Performance-based increases: Regular evaluations every 4 months after training graduation with raise opportunities
