Duties/Responsibilities:
- Round on neurosurgery inpatients.
- Perform patient assessments and documentation.
- Assist with care coordination and discharge planning.
- Provide support in clinic as needed.
- Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons and clinical team.
- EMR: Epic.
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered.
Requirements:
- Active IL License
- BC/BE
- DEA, CSR
- BLS, ACLS
