Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our primary care team. The ideal candidate will provide holistic, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan. FNPs in this role will perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, and promote wellness through patient education and preventive care.

Pay Range: $70-78/hour

- Serve as a care provider to patients of all ages.
- Conduct thorough physical exams and health assessments.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and specialists.
- Promote health and wellness across diverse populations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in primary care or family practice settings.
- Experience with IUD insertion and removal as well as Nexplanon certification required .
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Minimum 1 year Women’s Health experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited FNP program.
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C).
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
