Job Description

Sales Bizlab  We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The Office Clerk will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations by providing essential support to various departments. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Orlando, FL

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office files and documents
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure availability
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff members
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialit
