Online Customer Support Position Location Hybrid work in Clarion, PA :

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated ,organized and highly motivated Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers with order processing, returns, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Ensure high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
  • Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.

Requirements .

  • You'll need to be comfortable using various software and tools for online sales, including CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer support or office environments is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • The online sales landscape is constantly evolving, so you need to be able to adapt to new technologies and strategies.
  • Prior sales experience, even in other channels, can be beneficial.

This position requires min 6 months working in our store with the possibility of a hybrid option after 1 year for the right candidate.
