Main responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall operational optimization of overseas projects, ensuring the smooth completion of performance indicators;
2. Develop and implement the annual market expansion and business strategy work plan for the operations department;
3. Establish and improve system standards for overseas stores to standardize and streamline their operations;
4. Provide skill training for the region to develop, deploy, and supervise the implementation of work plans.
