Location - Remote (US only)
We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to own accurate and timely multi-state payroll processing. You’ll manage deductions and garnishments, reconcile payroll accounts, ensure compliance, and partner with HR/Finance on reporting and audits.

**Responsibilities**
* Process biweekly multi-state payroll with high accuracy and confidentiality
* Manage deductions, benefits contributions, and garnishments
* Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies quickly
* Prepare reports and support month/quarter/year-end
* Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FLSA, FICA, ACA)
* Partner with HR/Finance to improve processes and employee experience
**Requirements**
* 3–5 years of US multi-state payroll experience
* Hands-on with leading payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, Gusto, Workday, or similar)
* Solid understanding of wage & hour rules, taxes, and filings
* Strong Excel and reconciliation skills; meticulous attention to detail
* Discretion with sensitive data; stellar follow-through and documentation
* Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams
