Proven experience with JMeter for performance testing.
Hands-on experience with application profiling tools (e.g., Dynatrace).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Experience working in or leading diverse, geographically distributed teams.
