Job Description

Fire & Stone Italian Pizza Kitchen is looking for an experienced pizza maker with min 2 experience as a pizza chefs for our new location in Downtown Woodstock, Ga. We are a chef inspired pizza restaurant concept looking for highly skilled & experienced pizza chefs in producing high quality Neapolitan & New York Style pizza. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged. We are a new restaurant, we expect opening in late November.

We will start interviewing in October.

Responsibilities

• The prep or production of pizza components
• Quantity control of pizza components
• Production of hand tossed pizza
• Maintaining a clean work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in hand tossed pizza production
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Must have reliable transportation
