Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes and Chef's guidelines
- Maintain and organize station with necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment
- Complete daily inventories, checklists, and prep lists to ensure readiness for service
- Ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team to prepare and execute Family Meal
- Follow recipes and presentation standards set by Chef for consistent quality
- Keep station fully stocked for service and next day's prep
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation
- Assist in overall kitchen cleanliness and organization throughout shift
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Chef
- Uphold high standards for cleanliness and sanitation to achieve an A-grade from the Department of Health
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume pizza restaurant or similar setting
- Positive and professional attitude towards coworkers and customers
- Passion for pizza and commitment to cleanliness and organization
- Strong knife skills for cutting and preparing ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately to Chef's standards
- Proficient in multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Punctuality and reliability in attendance
- Clear and professional communication with team members
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Full-time availability with a flexible weekly schedule
- Salary: $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience
