In this role, you'll be instrumental in providing high-quality foot and ankle care to seniors within a seamless, coordinated system. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive podiatric care to senior patients, including diabetic foot care, wound management, and mobility support.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using our technology platform.
- Work closely with our medical concierge team for streamlined care coordination.
- Ensure efficient communication between specialists and primary care providers.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree with active state licensure and board certification.
- 2–4 years of experience in podiatric care, or related fields.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care, particularly for elderly populations.
- Comfortable using technology to improve care quality and efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
