Bachelor’s or higher degree required and must be in related Communications, Digital Media, Audio Visual Production, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video production, sound production, lighting, and/or editing.
Produce media content that meet the objectives of the scope.
Manage all aspects of production from concept through completion and ensure the project is on time and budget with adequate staffed resources and equipment.
The Producer should be multi- disciplined and able to cover multiple major functions within a studio production environment and have availability to work outside of normal business hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.
Demonstrate proficiency with professional video production equipment (cameras, lighting, audio) and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Proven expertise in shooting, writing, clipping and editing to create compelling stories across both broadcast and digital platforms.
Demonstrated ability to craft compelling content, secure high-profile interviews, and consistently perform under tight deadlines, covering a diverse range of topics (e.g., news, health, policy, science).
Excellent storytelling, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadline
