- U.S. native preferred; or lived/studied in the U.S./UK/EU for 3+ years with strong understanding of local social culture.
- 3–5 years of internet product experience, with hands-on ownership of social/community product features.
2. Skills & Competency Model
- Fast learner with strong data literacy and analytical thinking.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication; fluent English required.
- Familiar with local user habits and able to localize features effectively.
Soft Qualities
- Innovation sensitivity: Actively follows trends in AI social, AI interactive games, Web3, and emerging social behaviors; capable of translating concepts into real product scenarios.
- Collaboration resilience: Comfortable working across time zones and driving progress with limited resources. 1. Opportunity Discovery & Innovation Validation
- Conduct in-depth analysis of North American social behaviors (content consumption patterns, sharing motivations, community dynamics).
- Design prototype social features and interaction mechanisms aligned with local culture and seasonal events (e.g., virtual parties, real-time collaborative mini-games).
- Lead A/B testing, evaluate data results, and validate feasibility quickly; deliver ≥2 micro-innovation iterations per week.
2. Product 0-1 Ownership
- Drive end-to-end product development from concept → design → development → launch, coordinating with design, engineering, and local operations teams to deliver MVP within 2 weeks.
- Design user-growth and viral mechanisms (invitation incentives, co-creation tools); target to achieve ≥XX% first-month retention and increase paid conversion by XX%.
3. Cross-Cultural Product Adaptation
- Optimize product experience based on U.S. user privacy expectations and entertainment habits (e.g., anonymous interactions, short-form content remixing tools).
