Your New Role

As a Project Manager in Fairview, PA , you will play a critical role in supporting civil construction projects, ensuring they stay on track, on time, and on budget. This is an entry-level position with significant learning and growth potential.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with project material and subcontractor buyouts.

  • Performing material takeoffs and reviewing submittals for contract compliance.

  • Supporting the negotiation of change orders and tracking project progress.

  • Coordinating work with general and project superintendents.

  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly billing and invoice reviews.

  • Facilitating team collaboration to address project challenges.
