Job Responsibilities:
- Review and proofread content for errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Ensure consistency in writing style and formatting
- Verify facts and check for proper referencing
- Suggest improvements in sentence structure and flow
- Collaborate with writers and editors to maintain high-quality standards
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or related field
- Proven experience as a Proofreader or in a similar role
- Excellent command of English language and grammar rules
- Detail-oriented and able to spot errors quickly
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in proofreading or editing
- Experience in working with digital content or online publishing
