Property Manager - Exclusive Palm Beach Estates A prominent Palm Beach client is seeking an experienced professional to join their tenured team. This unique opportunity is structured as a shared role with a second, dedicated Property Manager, ensuring excellent coverage for the principals and a more sustainable schedule for all. You will be instrumental in overseeing the daily, seamless operations of multiple luxury residences in Palm Beach. This position is perfect for a highly organized PM who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of private service. Core Responsibilities You will act as the central operational hub, ensuring the flawless condition and functioning of the family's residences. Ensure the impeccable care of the entire portfolio, including the main Palm Beach island residence and supporting West Palm properties. This is a hands-on role that includes maintaining sophisticated mechanical systems, performing light repairs, and overseeing all property grounds (landscape, pool, irrigation). Source, hire, train, and manage all external vendors (e.g., maintenance, specialist services) and contract staff. Obtain bids, oversee project timelines, and ensure all work meets the family's exacting standards. Draft, manage, and track detailed annual property budgets. Maintain strict financial oversight, produce monthly variance reports, and ensure that all expenditures and contracts represent the best value. Coordinate seamlessly with the family office to manage seasonal operations. Assist the principals and their guests during their time in residence, which includes coordinating arrivals/departures, ground transportation, and ensuring all residences are immaculate, prepared, and fully stocked. Manage all necessary administrative tasks, including approving timesheets, coordinating HR documentation, and preparing detailed operational reports for the principals/family office. Ideal Qualities This role demands a dedicated, discreet, and flexible professional with a proven track record in private property management. The ability to effectively share responsibilities with a second Property Manager and work a varied schedule. Must be on call when the family is in residence (typically Nov through May), with the knowledge that coverage is shared. Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple budgets, complex projects, and a diverse range of vendor relationships simultaneously. A proactive approach and a genuine willingness to perform physical maintenance and repairs as neededyou are a leader who is not afraid to jump in.
