Summary:
The QTI Group is seeking a Direct Hire Quality Assurance Supervisor on 1st shift. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a Quality Assurance role. You must be familiar with SQF Food Safety Code, GMPs, HACCP and SOP's. If you feel you have the experience required, please apply within!

• Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm (no mandatory OT!)
• Pay: Up to $30.00/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:
• Supervise, train, and develop QA Technicians. Manage time/attendance, coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary contact for all quality issues
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:
Minimum one year relevant Quality Assurance leadership experience
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Must have excellent color perception and be able to see with or without corrective lenses
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
