Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors
Conduct property viewings, open houses, and tours
Provide clients with detailed information and advice on the real estate market and local properties
Negotiate property deals, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved
Manage leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and industry developments
Full-time positions:
Work on a wide portfolio of properties and clients
Attend daily team meetings and participate in strategy discussions
Collaborate with other agents to close deals and reach sales targets
Full support from the agency, including marketing and lead generation
Part-time positions:
Ideal for those with a strong interest in real estate and a desire to grow within the industry
Flexible hours to accommodate other commitments while building experience
Learn the foundations of real estate while working at your own pace
Qualifications:
