Real
Estate - Director of Finance up to $230k/yr
Step
into a leadership role in a dynamic investment firm where innovation and
opportunity meet. We’re seeking a Director of Finance to oversee corporate
accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance for our private equity and
real estate investments.
Compensation

$180,000–$230,000/year

What
You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the CFO on
corporate finance initiatives, budgeting, and fund planning
- Oversee accounting, investor
reporting, and tax filings for corporate entities, private equity
investments, and real estate assets
- Play a pivotal role in
structuring acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and new real
estate funds
- Supervise and mentor a team of
Controllers, AP/AR managers, and fund accountants, while planning for
future hires as the company scales
- Stay ahead of SEC regulations,
internal controls, and tax requirements for REITs, partnerships, and
private equity investments
- Identify process improvements and
enhance financial reporting systems
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in finance or
accounting with a strong focus on real estate investments
- Expertise in REITs, open-ended
funds, and fair value GAAP reporting
- Knowledge of private REIT
taxation, K-1 filings, partnerships, and S-corps
- Leadership experience managing
finance teams and corporate financial operations
- CPA designation is a plus.
- Background in both public and
private accounting environments preferred
