Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and leveraging technology platforms for the real estate business in North County San Diego
- Delivering listing presentations and engaging in meetings with prospective clients in the area
- Staying informed about the latest market trends and conditions specific to North County San Diego
- Weekly team meetings and goal-setting appointments
Qualifications:
- Must have closed a minimum of 5 transactions in the last 12 months or GCI of $200,000
- Must be open to working all over San Diego County
- Should have experience with buyers and sellers
- Have a good understanding of the market and how to achieve more listings
