Job Title: Remote Recruitment Specialist

Hourly Pay: $20 - $25/hour

Summary:

We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to work from home and help support our growing hiring team. You’ll help find candidates, connect with them, and make sure the hiring process runs smoothly. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

• Search for and reach out to job candidates online

• Review applications and help with resume screening

• Schedule interviews and send reminders

• Keep notes and records updated in our system

• Assist with interview follow-ups and offer processes

• Talk with candidates and answer basic questions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Comfortable using Google Docs, Excel, or other online tools

• Friendly, patient, and detail-oriented

• Previous work in HR, admin, customer service, or recruiting is a plus

• Must be able to work from a quiet space with good internet

• Willing to learn new systems and grow in the role
