Full-Time | $21.50 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that helps children with autism develop communication, social, and life skills.

We’re seeking a dependable, experienced RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy for a child in Angier, NC (27501) — conveniently located near Fuquay-Varina and Holly Springs . This is an immediate-hire opportunity offering a supportive team environment, consistent weekday hours, and strong clinical leadership from experienced BCBAs.

Position Highlights

  • Setting: In-home ABA therapy (Angier, NC 27501 — near Fuquay-Varina and Holly Springs)
  • Status: Full-time
  • Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Compensation: $21.50 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)
  • Start Date: Immediate

What You’ll Do

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client’s home
  • Follow individualized treatment and behavior plans designed by your supervising BCBA
  • Collect accurate session data and document progress using digital tools
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers and the BCBA team
  • Create a structured, positive environment that promotes learning and confidence

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
  • At least one year of ABA experience (preferred; newly certified RBTs considered)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Reliable transportation to the client’s home (required)
  • Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to helping children thrive
