Position Details: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Location: Matteson, IL
- Onsite/Virtual: Onsite
- Position Type: Contract
- School hours for students: 7:45 am - 2:15 pm hours weekly, from Monday to Friday
- Student Age Group: K-3 building
Responsibilities: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Provide direct behavior intervention services to students
- Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect data and track progress for individual students
- Assist in developing skills that enhance students' independence
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student needs
Qualifications:
- Certified / Registered Behavior Technician in the state of IL
- Experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic setting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
