Pay Range: $39.57 – $53.34 per hour (based on 17+ years of experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case basis

The Registered Nurse - Trauma OR is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a trauma and operating room setting. The role involves managing complex trauma cases, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Deliver patient care using evidence-based practices and the nursing process
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with hospital standards and safety protocols
Provide trauma and surgical assistance in high-pressure scenarios
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff
Licensure:
Current Florida Registered Nurse license or a compact RN license
Subject to Florida state licensing timelines and requirements
Education:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
Certifications:
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of hire
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a trauma or acute care operating room setting
