Remote Scrum Master Jr needs 3-5 years experience as a Scrum Master
Remote Scrum Master Jr requires:
-Loss Prevention experience
-JIRA and Confluence
-Agile; SAFe
-Mural, Service Now and PowerBI
-PowerPoint
-Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
Remote Scrum Master Jr duties:
-Lead the scrum team
-Collaborate with the technical lead/s to plan the team's work and support the teams needs based on priorities
-Drive Loss Prevention Epics/Features and initiatives by contributing to stakeholder/ communication/ vendor/ financial management
-Acts as an escalation point for issues related to delivery
-Supports team impediment removal and dependency tracking
-Facilitates Agile team ceremonies e.g., daily standups, reviews, retrospectives
-Ensures team agreements are in place and mirrors adherence to SAFe/Agile practices
-Drives iteration commitments and plan for delivering business value
-Collaborates with other Scrum Masters across as necessary, e.g., Scrum of Scrums
