Rheumatology NP/PA Opportunity – Sterling, IL
Position Overview: A Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) is needed to join a busy Rheumatology practice in Sterling, IL.
- Experience preferred , but willing to train the right candidate
- Clinic-based role with the option to work at two different clinic locations
- 4.5-day workweek for work-life balance
- The current team includes 1 MD and 1 NP
Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 + production-based bonus potential
