Job Description
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations .
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions.
- Prepare and implement Safety Operating Procedures (SOPs) .
- Conduct risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA) , and implement corrective actions.
- Organize fire drills, safety mock drills , and emergency response training.
- Maintain proper usage and availability of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) .
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions , and submit reports.
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, 1948 , and other applicable safety laws.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.
- Coordinate with contractors and departments to ensure safety at all stages of work.
- Keep updated records of safety training, audits, and incident reports.
