Job Title: Sales Account Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented individual with expertise in water-related sales and operations to lead and expand our plumbing-focused startup. This is a unique opportunity to start in a hands-on role, building the business while preparing to step into a management position overseeing production, team development, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Work as a closer for pre-qualified leads, converting in-home opportunities into sales. Drive a one-stop close process with high conversion rates.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve growth targets while ensuring smooth operational workflows.
- Client Engagement: Interact with customers to build trust, explain products and services, and ensure a seamless sales and service experience.
- Daily Workflow: Start the day at the office to plan and prepare, then travel to job sites as needed within the assigned territory.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Sales Experience: Proven success in water-related in-home sales, with experience selling products like water treatment systems or plumbing services.
- Industry Growth: A professional who has grown through the plumbing or water industry—from technician to sales or management roles.
- Technical Expertise: Working knowledge of Xactimate is a plus but not required.
- Closer Mentality: Comfortable handling high-value transactions with confidence and professionalism.
- Leadership Potential: Ready to grow into a management role with the drive to expand the operation and lead a team effectively.
Compensation:
- Base salary plus uncapped commission
