Sales Manager / Sales Representative
ð Remote â LATAM Only
ð Monday to Friday | US hours
ð° $1,700â$2,200/month USD base (DOE) + commission after 3â6 months

A growing U.S.-based home services company (think pressure washing, landscaping, and more) is looking for a sharp, motivated Sales Manager or Sales Representative to lead outbound efforts and help drive early-stage growth. This is a hands-on role with the potential to evolve into a team leadership position, perfect for someone who can both close deals and eventually coach others to do the same. ð
We want someone who thrives with ownership, thinks strategically, and brings solid execution to the table, someone ready to help shape our playbook while hitting growth goals.
ð¼ What You'll Be Doing
- Leading outbound sales: prospecting, calling, setting appointments and closing
- Meeting with potential clients to understand needs and sell tailored solutions
- Collaborating with marketing to create scripts, campaigns, and outreach strategies
- Managing your pipeline and CRM like a pro, always keeping records clean and up to date
- Sending contracts, managing follow-ups, and moving leads through the funnel
- Providing feedback to improve offers and sales materials based on real conversations
- Coaching and supporting future hires, helping us build and train a small, effective sales team as the company growsÂ

What Weâre Looking For
- 3â5+ years of proven experience in outbound B2B/B2C sales
- Strong English communication (C1 level), confident on the phone and in writing
- Track record of closing deals and owning the full sales cycle
- Strategic mindset, you take initiative and donât need a detailed playbook to execute
- Comfortable with CRMs, sales tracking and reporting
- Ability to explain processes clearly and train others, you may be our first sales hire, but not the last ð¥

- Experience in the U.S. home services space or working with SMBs
- Previous experience mentoring or managing sales team members
