Position Overview:

We’re seeking driven, entrepreneurial sales professionals to join our commission-only team. In this role, you’ll identify, engage, and secure new business clients that need staffing, recruiting, or outplacement services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the Midwest region (emphasis on Williston, ND and surrounding areas).
  • Conduct outbound sales activities: cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending local events.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at local companies in Oil & Gas, IT, and Healthcare.
  • Present and promote Bakken Staffing’s recruitment and outplacement solutions, tailoring pitches to client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM/ATS (training provided).
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales; staffing/recruitment industry experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely or independently.
  • Familiarity with the Midwest business landscape is highly desirable.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a commission-only environment.
  • Tech-savvy; able to quickly learn CRM/ATS tools and virtual meeting platforms.
