Cole Flooring, a division of Cole Papers, is now expanding into Michigan from MN/WI and looking to hire two Sales Representative in Michigan.

Salary/Commission $80,000/yr salary plus monthly capped commissions.
Possible sign on bonus.

Prefer 3-5 years of prior outside flooring sales experience.
Develop new customer relationships and accounts.
Continuously develop product knowledge to meet customer needs.
Some of the lines we carry include: Novalis, Beauflor, Raskin, Maxxon and Revolution Mills.
Professionally represent Cole Flooring and our core company values.
Should have prior commission-based sales experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must have good references and the best candidates will be asked to take assessment tests.

Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
