Roles and Responsibilities

Analyzing Salesforce application requirements and creating a detailed testing plan
Executing test cases and scripts to verify the functionality usability and efficiency of Salesforce applications
Identifying documenting and reporting software defects and issues to the development team
Working closely with the development team to understand the functionality of the software and provide constructive feedback
Conducting regression testing stress testing performance testing and other types of testing to ensure the overall quality of Salesforce applications
Reviewing software documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Creating and maintaining test data for use in functional and nonfunctional testing
Assessing the impact of new releases on existing functionality
Continually updating knowledge of Salesforce and related technologies
Experience in Both ALM and JIRA tools for defect management
Experience in Both Waterfall and Agile process
