As the Salesforce Technical Architect, you will design the blueprint for the Air Force's next generation recruiting platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and resilient enough to support thousands of recruiters worldwide. You will define the technical roadmap, oversee integrations with other Department of Defense (DoD) systems, and enforce best practices in architecture and compliance.
This role is critical to ensuring the Air Force's recruiting platform remains mission-ready, flexible to change, and compliant with DoD cybersecurity standards. This is a fully remote role.Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
8+ years Salesforce development/architecture experience.
Certification: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
AWS/Salesforce Gov Cloud experience.
